The Hybrid from Kvarntorp
In 1949 an unusual find was reported to the National Historical Museum. It contained a human head and animal body and came from the wetlands in a severly extractive landscape.

The more-than-human Golem
I got involved with the art project ”Konstnärliga avsmyckningar av Fokus Skärholmen” and got handed the task of speaking for the elements of air and water to make an intervention before the coming development plans of the area. This task reminded me of several things, first, when I visited the site I got a childhood horror memory that flashed up. Secondly, leading on from this I was trying to think of what type of creatures come about through the mixing of clay and water. This led me to the Golem, which gave me an entrance point to a re-imagining of both Golem, the Anthropocene as well as how to acquaint ourselves with and pay tribute to the monstrosities in our surrounds.
